Procedure
A team roster may contain a maximum of sixteen players and must be confirmed and set by the third week of the league beginning. Any player not on the roster by the end of the third week will be subject to forfeit regulations below. All players must sign their team roster sheet prior to the start of each league game. Absolutely no guest players are allowed. If a team is reported to have fielded an invalid player the game will be recorded a forfeit which results in a 3 - 0 walkover to the non-offending team. Before the commencement of a game a team must decide whether they are to play a forfeit game or play an underhand league game, one representative from a team constitutes a team capable of making a decision.
Role of the ASC & Soccer Domain Staff Members
Two ASC & Soccer Domain staff are assigned to the Adult League each evening. One member of staff must always be present at the field and should be stationed at the score table. The ASC & Soccer Domain staff are there to oversee the administration of the Adult Leagues. Staff are not in place to assist the referee with on field matters or decision making. If a player has any issue with a refereeing decision it is not acceptable for that player to approach the ASC & Soccer Domain staff in an aggressive manner. Failure to comply with this regulation will deem a player subject to disciplinary procedures.

Discipline
A yellow card will result in a sin bin penalty of two minutes for the offending player and will be enforced by the match referee. The offending player must report his/ her name to the Soccer Domain staff and remain off the field of play at the score table until the referees instruction to return. No substitution of the offending player is allowed. A yellow card receives one disciplinary point. Three disciplinary points will result in a one match suspension. Playing under suspension will result in further disciplinary action at the discretion of the Soccer Domain Management and league officials.
A red card deems immediate expulsion from the remainder of the game. A referee may choose to allow a substitute for red carded players if this was done in a fair manner and in the interest of the game. A red card will receive a next game one match suspension and may be subject to further disciplinary action at the discretion of the Soccer Domain. Behavior of players and spectators while inside the Soccer Domain is subject to the disciplinary procedures, either towards individuals or the team.
Rules and Regulations
Late arrival for a kick off will result in a mandatory forfeit. The clock starts to run under the instruction of the referee as close to the documented kick off time as possible. Kick Off times will not be altered due to late arrival. The clock will run continuously unless of a serious injury. Teams fielding less than 4 players will automatically forfeit the game. 3 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper is the minimum a team is allowed in a sanctioned league game.
Time keeping is essential and the clock will not be stopped to allow for players to turn up late. The referee's decision is final and if your team fails to meet these requirements at kick off, your game will be forfeited and subsequently a 3-0 win will be awarded to the opposing team. There will be no referee's call if the ball hits the overhead wires. If the ball hits the roof or lighting an indirect free kick will be awarded against the offending team.
A goal kick, punt, goalkeepers throw or drop kick cannot breach the half way line. The ball must touch the ground or any player in the defensive half before it crosses the line. Failure to do so will result in an indirect free kick from the half way line against the offending team. Goalkeeper's may let the ball bounce twice and then proceed to kick it over the half, of which between the first and second bounce the ball is in play and any player may challenge for the ball. The goalkeeper may dribble it and distribute over the half way line, in this case the goalkeeper is deemed an outfield player. Saves and rebounds are deemed open play and therefore this rule will not be enforced under these circumstances.
Slide tackling will be penalized with a direct free kick against the offending side and is subject to further discipline at the discretion of the referee.
Teams consist of seven players. Each team must play with a goalkeeper. Rolling substitutions apply.
There is no offside. All other FIFA rules apply. Shin guards are mandatory.
During Play Off games a tied result will be decided on the regular season head to head game. The second deciding factor will be regular season goal difference. The third deciding factor will be regular season goals scored. The fourth deciding factor will be a coin toss performed by the match official.
The following are all subject to disciplinary action:
- No jewelry
- No chewing gum
- No spitting
- No alcohol or smoking

All league games are forty five minutes duration with no breaks (please be prompt vacating the field). There is a two minute time allocation between games for finishing teams to vacate the field and new teams to enter the field. This should be implemented and enforced by the late night staff.
Teams winning by a larger margin than 5 or more goals are requested to act in a sporting manner and reduce the number of goals scored. Note this only a request and there is no definitive repercussion for teams failing to abide by this ruling. The same sporting behavior should be shown to teams who turn up with less than 7 players. It is requested that even teams are fielded, but note this is only a request and there is no definitive repercussion for teams failing to abide by this ruling.
Only rostered players and two coaching staff may sit on the players' bench.
The referee has the final decision with all on field matters including time keeping. Again, the late night staff member has no authority to overrule the referee and should not attempt to do so. The only time that a staff member should become involved in on-field activities is in the event of an injury or a serious fracas. If necessary, emergency medical personnel or the police should be telephoned without delay depending upon the circumstance.
Children must be supervised at all times. Irresponsible guardians will be subject to the Soccer Domain disciplinary procedures.
No pets or animals.
