Our Soccer Camps program consists of 5 main levels with each level offering a different level of intensity and development based upon the age, soccer experience and technical level of the participants.

Peanut Camp (3-4 years):
The youngest budding stars are taken to an imaginary soccer world
and taught basic techniques through storyline soccer in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
Monday through Friday (9-10.30am or 9-12noon)


Kickers Camp (5-8 years):
A fun filled soccer experience for both travel & recreation soccer players which includes:
• Daily Skill Themes
• Coaches Challenge
• World Cup Day
• Daily Competitions
Monday through Friday (9am-12noon or 9am-3pm)

Pro-Training Camp (9-14 years)
The best teams from throughout the World of Soccer recognize that team cohesion and team dynamic formed through an intense training schedule is a primary factor in their rise to the top of their profession. Make it a factor in YOUR player's & team's future success.

The elite coaching staff at SDA Soccer have developed training curriculum to meet the needs of your individual team and players. The camps can include:
• Technique work in all areas of the game
• Decision making
• Speed, agility and conditioning
• Functional training
• Tactical training

Premier High School Training Camp (14-18 years)
Premier HS camps are designed to offer the most intensive pre-season training schedule available to players attending as an individual or as part of a team.

Each individual can expect the following:
• Technical development in control, passing, dribbling & shooting
• Improved awareness and individual decision making under pressure
• Improved endurance, strength & agility
• Individual performance evaluation

Each attending HS team can expect the following:
• Improved game-related decision making
• Improved positional awareness
• Team performance evaluation

SDA Soccer can also provide local training for schools who want to train at their own facilities both in the summer and throughout the HS season.

Premier Residential Camps (9-14 as travel or recreational. 14-18 years for HS training)
Our residential camps enable players to mentally and physically prepare for the upcoming fall season in an atmosphere that promotes individual development and/or team camaraderie.

Hosted in the idyllic setting of the Berkshire Mountains in Massachusetts the residential camps will promote:
• Technique work in all areas of the game.
• Improved tactical decision making.
• Speed, agility and conditioning.
• Team building (for those teams who come together as a group).
• Sportsmanship.

These goals are reached with:
• Work outs in the strength and conditioning center.
• Two-a-day on the field training sessions with scrimmages.
• All the fun of camp including swimming in the state of the art pool and the end of week ‘skit night’ talent contest!!!!


Fees are all inclusive.
